Make up kit
Foundation
Your skin is not all of the same color tone. Foundation does so much, so well. It evens out your complexion, makes flaws seem to disappear, making you look better. Some say foundation harms the skin by logging the pores. On the contrary, it may be good for your skin by protecting it from the sun and harsh weather conditions.
Concealers
Concealers come in shades to match every skin tone. These diminish the presence op pimples, marks and dark circles under the eyes. Concealers may be liquid, cream or solid (stick)
Powders
Powder gives a finished, shine free look to make up. It sets the foundation. It comes in two varieties-loose powder and compact. The loose powder is best for a finished pore less look, but when you're on the go, compact (pressed powder) gives you a soft, beautiful look anytime.
Loose powder is applied with a puff where as the compact is applied with a brush using downwards movements, to minimize the impact of facial hair. The powder helps your make up look 'just put on'(fresh) much longer by stopping oil from coming through.
Blushers
Always start by using a little blusher and gradually build color to get the desired effect. Remember, it is always easier to add more to get the vibrant look.
Eye shadow
The shadow is applied only on the upper eyelid, leaving the space beneath the brows. If you wish, you may apply some shadow on the lower lash line to add color
Close your eyelid while applying shadow. Start from the centre of the eye lid near the lashes and go upwards till the crease of the lid leaving the space beneath the brows.
Apply some eye shadow with a thin brush, lightly beneath the eyes, next to the lower lash line, starting from the middle to the outer corner of the eye.
