Hylaform gel is a highly purified form of hyaluronic acid, very similar to that found naturally in the body. Because it is pure and derived from non-animal sources, so no skin tests to determine allergic reaction are needed before receiving Hylaform injections.

The effects of Hylaform injections last for about four to six months, at which point further treatment will be needed or the effects diminish. Nylaform is injected just below the surface of the skin, where it draws in moisture and volume to reduce the appearance of facial lines wrinkles.

Captique: This new inject able is a non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid used for facial line filling and lip enhancement. According to the manufacturer, it does not result in as much brushing or swelling a Restylane.Captique joins the cadre of other facial injectibles sold by Inamed, including Cosmo last, Cosmotron, Hylaform and Halaform plus. Each of these products is specifically tailored for various depth wrinkles of the face and we often use a combination of these facial fillers to achieve the best individual results.

In this case, a dental block or a topical anesthetic is applied for a few minutes prior to injection to help with the discomfort. The product last for up to 6 months. Cosmo last and Zyplast are also use for plumping thinned lips and filling lines around the mouth and other facial grooves or scars.
