And the stitches are removed within seven to fourteen days after the procedure Hence, through this way, the lifting and tightening of the facial skin is performed. In all the cases, the superior facelift results are not attained without the modification of the deeper structures underneath the skin of the face. The deeper face lift surgery, allows repositioning of the soft tissues of the face at the level of their bony of insertions. It also rejuvenates the central portion of the face and restores the tension of the muscles of facial expression.
