Exfoliation

What is Exfoliation

It's usually the first step in cleaning your face, followed by using a cleanser, toner and finally, moisturizing Exfoliation is the process of scrubbing off dead skin cells.

It gently and effectively remove dead cells from the skin's surface by mechanical means, thus removing surface debris. Thus it unclogs pores, keeps skin clean and helps reduce acne breakouts. Its most important for bright and glowing and brings an immediate diffference to your skin. Skin exfoliation is suitable for greasy or normal skin, but should be used with caution on dry or sensitive skin

 

  

 

Exfoliation for Sensitive skin :

It's best for sensitive skin to use a face cleanser that has gentle oats in it Wet the skin. Apply cleanser to your face in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water (it's not as harsh on the skin) and pat dry. Moisturize Cucumber facial for normal to oily skin

Exfoliation for normal to oily skin:

Mash up half a cucumber and add enough natural live yoghurt to make a paste. Apply thickly to skin, put a couple of cucumber slices over your eyes and relax for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Exfoliation for Dry skin:

Puree a peach and mix with almond or olive oil to make a smooth paste. Apply to the skin and relax for twenty minutes. Rinse off with warm water followed by a cold rinse.
